Awaken

I’m alive!

I have seen the end of the dark tunnel that you put me in

I have seen the blue in the sky and the green in the grass

I have felt the sensation of the wind on my skin

I’m awaken!

I no longer feel the darkness weighing on me

The light in me has broken through

It was nearly out but….it is stronger than you

I’m smiling!

You will no longer control me

You will no longer confuse me

I can feel again

I’m renewed!

My outlook on life has elevated to a new level

A level so high…you can’t even reach it
