Night Time Thoughts Part 2

So I just completed 25 minutes of stretching and I feel good. I have a really bad back and it gives me a lot of issues throughout the day. If I’m not standing on the train for 30 minutes it’s from the way I’m sitting at my computer at work. So I really need to get back to my exercise regimen but not just to lose weight I need to focus on how I’m doing the moves instead of rushing through it to break a sweat. So I’m on this new journey of being a bit more kind to my body and I hope it works out for me. I have been drinking FitTea and eating the Oatmeal cups from Quaker to start my morning right so I’m on the right track. I won’t mention what I eat for the rest of the day….😄. Just focus on what I’m eating for breakfast. Lol. Something else that happened today…I may be gluten intolerant. Of course that’s just me grasping at any condition to explain why I can’t lose any weight but it is a potential issue for me. So I will have to look into it and do my research.

Just wanted to share my thoughts before I fall asleep. 🙂
